Hydrogen Cell Stocks:

• Millennium cell Inc. (MCEL): shares of Eatontown, NJ based hydrogen battery maker surged 8.48% or 14 cents to $1.79 per share. The stock has gained 21.77% since the coverage price of $1.47 since December.

India Stocks:

• Rediff.com Ltd. (REDF): shares of India based Internet portal rose 7.88% to $26.28 per share, about 26.16% higher than coverage price of $20.83 in December.
• Sify Ltd. (SIFY): shares of e-commerce service provider in India added 72 cents or 5.95% to $12.82. The stock has gained 35.37% since covered in December at $9.47 per share.
